Social media provides a brand with the opportunity to speak to their customers as a peer, and provides a little more freedom of messaging. Its is an opportunity to leverage brand message, and create a conversation with customers. Clarks has been working to define their social channels with a unique look that would partner with the main brand but yet still appeal to consumers in a social space. In this photo shoot I worked with another art director and a team of photographers to create assets to start building a social identity. It was very important that each image told a story, and was relatable, yet aspirational to our followers. Through the introduction of the images we were able to increase engagement on all of our social channels and in return help to drive conversion.
